About the Role
HVS Brokerage & Advisory (“B&A”) is seeking a Sales Intern to join our team in Austin for a 6-month training program focused on hotel real estate brokerage. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the full brokerage continuum, including business development, client relationship management, financial analysis, transaction management, and negotiation skills.
Upon successful completion, candidates may be offered full-time employment as a Senior Associate/Junior Producer in one of our target markets: Austin, Denver, or Nashville.
This internship is unpaid but includes participation in deal splits on assigned transactions. The subsequent Senior Associate/Junior Producer role is 100% commission-based, with unlimited earning potential directly tied to performance.
