Job Description
**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Sales Compensation Analyst supports the implementation and administration of sales compensation programs. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the accurate calculation of commissions, maintaining the integrity of compensation data, and assisting in the analysis of plan effectiveness. The Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing accurate calculations, timely payouts, and continuous system improvement.
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Calculates and processes sales commissions in alignment with plan documents, ensuring timely and accurate payouts to participants.
