Job Description
Position: Sales Head – Spice Division (Global Sales)
Location: Cochin
Qualification: B.Tech / MBA
Experience: Min 12 + Years of Global Sales Experience in Food Processing, Spices Industry.
Salary: 30–35 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Growth - Drive global sales across India, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka
2. Key Account Management - Build and maintain relationships with global customers.
3. International Business - Coordinate business with overseas units.
4. Inventory & Supply Chain - Plan annual raw material requirements with procurement.
5. Team Leadership - Develop and mentor the sales support team
6. Marketing - Promote the Spice Division globally
