Job Description
Remote | Full-Time | elefante RevOps (HubSpot Diamond Partner)
We build revenue engines, not vanity metrics. You'll own our GTM motion end-to-end — account-based campaigns, inbound + outbound orchestration, and paid ( Ads) — measured by SQLs and pipeline, not impressions.
You'll:
- Build and activate target account lists (Clay +Instantly + HubSpot)
- Run Claude Code and Cowork
- Run ABM campaigns, lead magnets, nurture flows
- Own lead scoring, routing, and attribution
- Partner with sales on outreach and follow-up
- Post daily on to build your brand and elefante's
You have:
- RevOps/marketing ops background with strong GTM instincts
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Zapier and Make
- B2B SaaS or services marketing experience
- A revenue-first mindset and high ownership
