Supports planning of sales strategy and maintains an ongoing plan to prioritize a portfolio of accounts and sustain customer relationships throughout the year. Interfaces with customers through both remote and in-person interactions to promote and sell UL TIC services.
Uses technical credibility to build relationships with buyers, decision-makers, and key centers of influence.
Under a moderate level of guidance, drives the sales process from beginning to end, leveraging support from Sales Support Specialists and Inside Sales Executives when necessary.
Follows up with customers to ensure renewal of services where applicable.
Acts on opportunities to sell specialty TIC services.
Meets with new-logo prospects from inbound and outbound channels to qualify their needs, identify decision-makers, and acquire new customers.
