Job Description
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and other necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow up on payments and ensure that all invoices are settled according to the agreed payment terms.
- Support sales activities and assist in achieving the teamβs sales targets.
- Minimum GCE βOβ Level / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- At least 1β2 years of experience in catering, F&B, or hospitality sales preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
