β€’ Promote Holiday Inn Express brand experience and products using IHG tools, resources, and sales techniques.

β€’ Position and articulate the hotel’s Unique Selling Points to drive competitive advantage and revenue growth.

β€’ Align sales activities with departmental strategies to optimise both rate and volume.

β€’ Proactively acquire new business while maintaining and growing existing corporate and leisure accounts.

β€’ Prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and contracts in consultation with the Director of Sales.

β€’ Support and drive IHG and property-level commercial initiatives.

β€’ Assist in the preparation and management of the annual Sales & Marketing budget.

β€’ Represent the hotel in sales trips and trade shows to build pipelines and market presence.
