Job Description
Identify & pursue new B2B opportunities for solar PV, ESS, inverters & hybrid power solutions
Prospect customers across commercial, industrial, telecom, agriculture, hospitality, healthcare, education, NGO & government sectors
Build relationships with installers, distributors, EPCs, consultants, developers & end-users
Manage full sales cycle from lead gen to closure & payment follow-up
Prepare quotations, proposals & commercial presentations
Monitor market trends, competitors & upcoming tenders
Represent the company at industry events & exhibitions
Maintain CRM records & provide regular sales reports
Requirements
Minimum 2 years sales experience in renewable energy, solar PV, ESS, electrical products, generators, UPS, or industrial equipment
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Experience managing the full sales process from prospecting to closure
