We are leaders in the US- India Trade lane. Core Responsibilities Primarily focusing on driving sales, ensuring high-quality customer service, and enforcing company policies. To get business from new and existing customer accounts. Explore business opportunities and generate sales leads from shippers, forwarders & CHAs effectively. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives. Co-ordinate with Customer Service desk, Operations and Documentation department for complete follow-up on shipments generated.
