Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new customer leads, conduct property presentations and site visits, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to closing. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, explaining product features and pricing, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in line with company guidelines. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, following up on leads, coordinating with internal teams for documentation and customer support, and contributing to sales targets and market expansion efforts.
