Job Summary: Shifting Gears is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to drive the sales of pre-owned vehicles. The role involves generating leads, engaging with customers, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and closing sales while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Generate and convert leads for pre-owned vehicle sales Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange options Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction Coordinate with finance, insurance, and documentation teams for smooth vehicle delivery Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in the CRM Build long-term customer relationships and encourage referrals Requirements & Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills Passion for sales ...
