Sales Executive

Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, inquiries, and follow-up leads. Present company products/services and explain benefits to customers. Handle client queries, provide accurate information, and guide them through the sales process. Maintain and update the customer database (CRM). Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets set by the management. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Coordinate with internal departments for booking, documentation, and customer support. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the Sales Manager. Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and on-ground events.
