Not only are you the first person customers meet when they enter the store but you are also the person who guides them, advising on selling and even setting up their new products if needed. You will engage our customers by showcasing our products and helping them discover how they can use them and transform their living spaces.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers, advising on selling and setting up new products as required.
• Engage customers by showcasing products and helping them discover how to use them.
• Use CRMs to build and maintain accurate customer account information, manage relationships, opportunities, and tasks, and develop customer insights.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on customer needs and solutions within the team.
• Seek, analyze, interpret, and share customer feedback to continuously improve the experience, working closely with the Quality team on complaints and ensuring their closure.
