Job Responsibilities
Source and create new business opportunities.
Develop strategies to meet revenue targets and collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and overall company goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs.
Stay updated on market trends and monitor the competition.
Negotiate and close deals effectively.
Report regularly to the Head of Department and coordinate with other departments.
Offer logistics solutions to customers and suppliers.
Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
Job Requirements
Base salary with commissions!!!
Minimum SPM
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Identifying customer needs and establish target areas for new business and opportunities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills..
Able to work comfortably in a fast- paced environment & willing to travel or relocate.
Young applicants are preferred
