Job Description
The Commercial Sales Excellence Manager plays a critical role in driving sales effectiveness, customer excellence, and commercial transformation across the APAC region. This position partners closely with regional Commercial leaders, Sales Operations, and Finance to standardise processes, enhance Salesforce adoption, and implement best‑in‑class sales methodologies that improve both business performance and customer experience. This role reports to the Director, Commercial Operations APAC, who is based in Singapore.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales Excellence & Process Optimisation
- Drive and implement sales excellence initiatives across APAC, ensuring process standardisation and best practices.
