What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as the primary liaison between customers and cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Logistics.
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities, coordinating customer requirements, and developing technical and commercial solutions.
- Monitor customer performance and business metrics, providing insights and ensuring successful execution of projects, deliveries, and service commitments.
