Job Responsibilities
- Support sales teams with technical expertise in storage server solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot HDD RAID systems.
- Deliver product demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with clients to design tailored storage architectures, including hybrid and cloud storage solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and proposals.
- 2–3years of experience in storage server engineering.
- Strong knowledge of HDD RAID configuration (must-have).
- Familiarity with cloud storage platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar).
- Understanding of SAN, NAS, NVMe, or all-flash arrays is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field preferred.
