Conduct assessments: Perform site assessments and surveys to provide accurate information. Prepare documents: Create work quotations, risk assessments, pre-condition reports, and other necessary documents. Manage schedules: Oversee work schedules to ensure efficient project completion. Conduct briefings: Provide briefings to the team to ensure everyone is on the same page. Site visits: Visit project sites to supervise works and ensure quality standards are met. Manage finances: Handle billings, operating costs, and invoices to maintain financial stability. Achieve sales targets: Work towards achieving sales targets and earn attractive commissions.
