- Prospect new project leads through customer inquiries and platforms like BCI Asia and Gebiz.
- Conduct site visits to check project signage and gather information.
- Cold call developers, architects, consultants, and contractors to schedule meetings.
- Meet with stakeholders (architects, consultants, developers, and owners) to discuss project proposals.
- Prepare proposals including product specs, budgetary costs, and mock‑ups for approval.
- Attend tender interviews for main contractors and shortlisted subcontractors.
- Manage and update project leads and client data in the ERP system.
- Analyze market trends and competitor product specifications in the waterproofing admixture industry.
