a more focused, enterprise and mid-market go-to-market strategy. This role is critical in helping us win and expand higher-value customers.
The Role
You will be the technical backbone of the sales process, helping prospects understand how Filestack fits into complex architectures, accelerating time-to-first-value, and removing technical friction in deals. You’ll work directly with sales, product, and engineering to:
+ Close new business
+ Improve activation (first API call → production usage)
+ Influence product direction based on real customer needs
