Role Overview
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and collaborative Sales Enablement Partner (Fixed Term Contract) to join our Revenue Enablement team. In this role, you will support regional sales success across the Southern European cluster (Iberia and France) by executing high-impact sales programs, facilitating training, and driving enablement initiatives across both our Inside Sales and Field Sales organisations.
What You’ll Do
- Senior Enablement Support: Partner closely with senior enablement managers to execute strategic regional programs, acting as the primary point of contact for the Iberia and France cluster.
- Sales Alignment & Execution: Support and tailor enablement initiatives that address the distinct workflows of both desk‑based Inside Sales and quota‑carrying Field Sales teams.
