As the Sales Enablement Lead you will be responsible for designing, governing, and continuously evolving the Sales Enablement operating model across the RAF
You will ensure that the sales team is equipped with the right capabilities, frameworks, content standards, and enablement infrastructure required to execute commercial strategy effectively and consistently
You will own Sales Enablement strategy, prioritisation, and governance, translating commercial and sales leadership objectives into structured enablement roadmaps, capability frameworks, and scalable programs
A core accountability of the role is establishing clear governance standards across sales capability development, training approaches, sales methodologies, content lifecycle management, and sales tool adoptions
