About the Role:

Reporting directly to senior leadership, this is a hunter-focused role responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across consulting, transformation, outsourcing, and professional services sectors.
The successful candidate will build a strong sales pipeline, engage with senior stakeholders, and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across target markets.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract closure.
