The Role:

We currently seek a Sales Director to lead, develop and implement sales strategies and plans, in order to achieve highly levels of sales, profits and wide customer base.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement sales strategic plans to achieve business objectives and ensure the sales strategy is in line with the overall strategy.
• Communicate sales plan and targets to the sales team and provide them with sufficient training inputs, guidance and motivation to achieve targets successfully.
• Review marketing plans for the Company and ensure they support sales objectives effectively.
• Identify new business initiatives in the market which can be converted into revenue generating opportunities in line with the business objective.
