Job Description
You are the first voice of Maple Aviation. You reach out to hospitals, laboratory networks, and pharmaceutical companies, spark genuine interest in what we are building, and hand off qualified conversations to our Account Executive. You own the top of our pipeline and have a direct impact on our commercial growth. This is not a scripted call center role. We want someone who can think on their feet, build real rapport, and get people excited about something genuinely new
Tasks
- Identify and research potential hospital and healthcare partners across Germany
- Run structured outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Conduct first discovery calls and qualify leads before handing off to our AE
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot
- Test and iterate on messaging, sequences, and outreach approaches
- Work closely with the CFO and AE to sharpen our go-to-market motion
