The SDR role focuses on building and driving VDart's offshore outbound sales function from India to support US market growth. The position combines hands-on prospecting, client acquisition, pipeline management, and team leadership.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Function Building
Build and lead VDart's offshore sales development function in India. Create a structured outbound sales process for prospecting, lead qualification, follow-up, and appointment setting.
