Sales Development Representative at GlacierGrid
Weโre hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive an outbound pipeline through high-volume cold calling into the U.S. and Canadian markets.
This is a call-heavy role . If you enjoy speaking with prospects, handling objections, and booking meetings through persistence and skill, youโll do well here. If you prefer email or passive outreach, this is not the right role.
Your primary responsibility is simple: Book qualified meetings for our sales team.
What Youโll Be Doing
- Make 60โ80 cold calls per day to prospective customers in North America
- Spend ~50% of your day actively calling
- Use scripts, messaging, and your own judgment to drive conversations and book meetings
- Handle objections and keep prospects engaged long enough to secure a meeting
