Sales Development Representative at GlacierGrid

Weโ€™re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive an outbound pipeline through high-volume cold calling into the U.S. and Canadian markets.

This is a call-heavy role . If you enjoy speaking with prospects, handling objections, and booking meetings through persistence and skill, youโ€™ll do well here. If you prefer email or passive outreach, this is not the right role.

Your primary responsibility is simple: Book qualified meetings for our sales team.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

  • Make 60โ€“80 cold calls per day to prospective customers in North America
  • Spend ~50% of your day actively calling
  • Use scripts, messaging, and your own judgment to drive conversations and book meetings
  • Handle objections and keep prospects engaged long enough to secure a meeting
  • Follow up with prospects via email when needed ...
