THE COMPANY
Astra GTM is a fractional GTM firm. We build the outbound revenue engine for B2B companies in the US — the prospect lists, the email campaigns, the calling infrastructure, the AI research. Our clients are tech companies (AI, SaaS, fintech) trying to reach enterprise buyers systematically.
We're a small, remote team. We operate lean and move fast. This is not a corporate job — you'll see the whole operation and your work will show up directly in client results.
THE ROLE
We've built the pipeline. Now we need someone to run the human side of it.
