Job Description

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for building and growing relationships with small and mid-sized fleets through proactive outbound sales, partnerships, and account-based selling. This role focuses on higher-value opportunities, multi-truck filings, and longer-term customer relationships.

This is a hunter + relationship-builder role , designed to create new revenue streams beyond inbound demand.

WHAT YOU’LL SELL Multi-truck filing services and compliance packages Fleet-level compliance solutions (2290, UCR, MCS-150, future services) Truckopedia platform offerings and premium tools Custom bundles and volume-based pricing where applicable

IDEAL CUSTOMER PROFILE YOU’LL WORK WITH Small to mid-sized fleets (2–50 trucks) Multi-location or growing fleets Customers with recurring, predictable compliance needs
