Job Description
Rubrik’s Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are crucial to our go‑to‑market strategy. They hunt outbound and respond to inbound leads, booking high‑quality meetings with potential new customers.
What You’ll Do
- Identify high‑potential customers, research Rubrik’s value fit, personalize messaging to prospects, and generate high‑quality new business meetings for the company
- Drive outbound/inbound activities to prospect enterprise customers via email, social, and phone calls and qualify prospects to set meetings
- Follow up on inbound leads generated by Marketing, staying within compliance metrics (timely follow‑up and attempts to connect)
- Collaborate with the field sales team and develop strategies for breaking into new accounts
- Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Be an expert on Rubrik’s solutions and how we help customers keep their businesses running
