Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the EMEA region. This front‑line role focuses on identifying qualified leads and opportunities, supporting marketing and sales teams, and contributing to the growth path within JAGGAER Talenthub.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted prospecting campaigns across focused industries and regions to develop high‑quality outbound leads and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to execute innovative, structured, and strategic prospecting plans with specific calls to action.
• Upsell additional products and services to existing customers.
• Respond immediately to inbound and campaign leads (MQLs).
• Run weekly territory forecasts while executing against yearly plans.
• Record and document all activities in CRM (Salesforce) following company protocol.
