We are hiring new graduates for a full‑time Sales Development Program at the Brockville Profit Centre. The program will train you to become a sales professional and transition into an Account Manager role.
About the Program
The Sales Development Program is specifically designed for new and recent graduates who are eager to launch their careers and grow into a leadership position as an Account Manager. Over the course of the program, you’ll complete four phases that cover core areas of our business.
Program Phases
- Operations: Learn the full cycle of our warehouse operations, including how product is received, stocked, picked and shipped to gain an understanding of how these processes impact our service commitment to customers.
