We are seeking a dedicated On‑Site Sales Adviser based in the sales office, acting as the key point of contact for both direct buyers and collaborating agents.
The Role
You will be based on‑site, managing the day‑to‑day sales activity and driving conversions by delivering a professional, structured and engaging buyer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the on‑site sales office and all incoming enquiries
- Conducting viewings for direct clients and agent‑introduced buyers
- Presenting the development with strong product knowledge and clarity
