Job Title: Front Desk Sales Representative (SDR) – First Hire
Compensation: Commission: $10 per new patient evaluation (after a 3-month trial period)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Front Desk Sales Representative (SDR) to be our first hire in managing inbound leads from Meta ads (Instagram/Facebook). This is a high-growth opportunity for someone experienced with small businesses and eager to grow with the company.
The SDR will act as the first point of contact for potential patients, ensuring leads are engaged efficiently, and discovery calls are executed effectively.
Primary Responsibilities Manage inbound calls and follow-ups from prospective patients. Conduct discovery calls using a provided script to identify patient needs.
