Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with the sales team and clients.
• Managing sales orders, quotations and documentation.
• Preparing sales reports and maintaining records.
• Following up with clients regarding orders, dispatch and delivery.
• Supporting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Coordinating with production, dispatch and accounts teams for order processing.
