**What you’ll do**:
As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for handling enquiries and preparing and presenting quotations, as well as registering and following
- up on orders.
You will also support customers on product
- and logistic related questions.
- Provide quotations for complete product range
- Handle request for quotations and Purchase orders
- Maintain customers portals
- Encourage and support customers to use digital tools
- Communicate with direct customers on purchasing
- Maintain product documentation database
- Assist Sales Manager with administrative tasks (e.g. updating templates, procedures for Sales Department, invitation letters, etc)
- Handle and distribute incoming calls
