Here at Renewal by Andersen, we are seeking to add sales consultants to our outside sales team - we call them
Design Consultants . You get to meet with homeowners 1-1 on prescheduled appointments to create personalized solutions for their window and door projects. There's no cold calling and no project management -
this position is built for people who just want to sell.
In this role, the earning expectation is six figures- our average rep brings in $200k a year. Now, that's just the average. Our commission structure is
uncapped , and last year our top reps made $500k-$650k.
The catch? It's outside sales - there's windshield time and you'll hear more no than yes. We are looking for those people who can overcome the odds and bet on themselves. We'll be there to support you with leads, paid training, continued coaching and mentorship, and a team built from people like you who want to
win.
