What You’ll Do
As part of our Total Rewards team, you will drive critical compensation initiatives, partnering with business partners and other stakeholders to ensure our programs remain competitive and equitable. Your key responsibilities include:
- Sales Compensation & Variable Pay: Calculate, manage, and optimize global variable compensation, with a heavy focus on sales teams (commissions, incentives, MBO Plans, SPIFFs, etc.).
- Job Architecture: Drive and participate in the job evaluation and description processes, position grading, and ongoing activities related to keeping our Job Framework updated.
- Market benchmarking and data intelligence: Lead and execute comprehensive benchmarking studies and job pricing analyses to ensure our roles remain globally competitive in terms of compensation and benefits.
