Job Description
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality / Sales Auditing
- Experience in Call Calibration is mandatory
- Must have experience in Sales Call Auditing
- Hands-on experience in RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
- Experience in sharing feedback and coaching agents
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Graduation preferred (not mandatory)
