Job Description
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Replenish stock and monitor product availability.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent shopping experience.
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience is an advantage, but freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer‑focused approach.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be available to join immediately.
