Responsibilities

• Sales and profitability — Consistently meet individual sales target
• Customer service — Enhance brand image and increase customer’s product understanding with excellent customer service skills and in-depth product knowledge
• Build customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through
• Operation standards — Maintain in-store display according to company standards and prevent stock damage
• Assist with the processing of stock deliveries, shop floor replenishment, inventory replenishment, cash and other daily operations
• Maintain sales records, and assist in inventory and account reconciliation
