The Office-Based Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle for bond paper and related paper products. This role involves regular communication with customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms, and coordination with the production, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries for bond paper products.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads and convert them into orders.
• Prepare price quotations, sales proposals, and product presentations.
