We invite fresh graduates to join our 18-month Sales Trainee Program. This program offers hands‑on experience, professional mentorship, comprehensive product training, and a meaningful impact on patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand market trends, customer behaviours and needs, and the competitor landscape
- Conduct fieldwork, interviews, and other research as necessary to generate insights
- Identify opportunities and potential for growth and expansion
- Participate in sales calls, customer meetings, and product demonstrations
- Manage existing customers and achieve sales targets of assigned territories
- Under supervision, plan and develop the market to acquire new customers
- Assist with sales reporting and related activities
