The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the sales system, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales and activity targets. The Sales Associate is expected to provide professional customer service, gather market feedback, and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and client satisfaction.
