- Order & Inventory Management: Process customer orders (phone, email, online), track shipments, verify payment details, and check stock levels to ensure timely delivery.
- Customer Support & Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, handle complaints, and provide product information.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare invoices, sales contracts, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Sales Team Support: Support the sales team by setting appointments, preparing sales proposals, and managing diaries.
- Data Analysis: Generate monthly sales reports and monitor sales metrics to track team targets.
