Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner. Assist customers in identifying products that meet their needs. Provide accurate product information, including features, sizing, pricing, promotions, and care instructions. Actively promote sales by recommending complementary products and upselling where appropriate. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Resolve customer queries and escalate concerns to management when necessary. Ensure merchandise is displayed according to company visual merchandising standards. Replenish stock on the sales floor as required. Maintain a clean, organised, and attractive shopping environment. Ensure products are correctly priced and ticketed. Assist with promotional displays and seasonal merchandising changes. Receive, unpack, and prepare stock for the sales floor. Conduct regular stock replenishment.
