Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement and Sales Support: Assist customers with product inquiries, provide recommendations, and facilitate purchases.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
• Product Knowledge and Merchandising: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Assist in maintaining store displays, ensuring products are presented attractively and are readily accessible.
• Help with inventory management, and restocking.
• Operational Support: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the sales manager.
