REPORT TO. INSURANCE SALES MANAGER DEPARTMENT. SALES AND MARKETING Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Kampala. The role involves identifying and approaching potential clients, presenting services, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. The Sales and Marketing Representative will support the development and execution of promotional campaigns, prepare proposals and presentations, and follow up with clients to maintain strong relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, tracking sales and campaign performance, attending client meetings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
