Job Description
Job Title: Sales Analytics Graduate – Emiratization
Mandatory requirement: Emirati national only, holding Family Book and registered/able to register in NAFIS
NAFIS is a governmental federal program aimed at increasing the competitiveness of Emirati human resources and empowering them to occupy jobs in the private sector. It is part of the “Projects of the 50”, aiming to accelerate UAE development. To comply with the UAE nationalization law, our company must hire 10% nationals from UAE by year 2026.
Your role:- Run daily and weekly management on OIT and relevant KPIs
- Analyze actual performance metrics and provide feedback and improvement suggestions to sales leadership
- Provide funnel analysis for monthly and quarterly business plans
- Partner with sales leadership to develop an accurate forecast that will enable the company to achieve its goals
