Role Overview
The Sales Ambassador is responsible for driving motorcycle loan acquisition and ensuring smooth on‑ground execution within partner dealer stores. The role covers customer engagement, sales conversion, inventory coordination, and end‑to‑end support during unit release, while ensuring compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement (Walk‑in Clients)
- Proactively approach and engage walk‑in customers within partner dealer stores
- Guide customers through the Salmon Moto Loan application process
- Clearly explain product features, loan terms, perks, and benefits
- Handle customer inquiries and address concerns to support decision‑making
